Shipping is Always Free 🥔

Every order ships free — no minimums, no codes, no catches. Just chips on their way to your door.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of being placed. Because every bag is small batch and handcrafted, we want to make sure your order goes out right. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

All orders ship via Standard Shipping and arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Freshness & Heat Advisory

Our chips are fried in beef tallow and crafted to stay fresh — but extreme heat during transit can affect quality. During warmer months, we recommend ordering early in the week to avoid your package sitting in heat over the weekend. Brotato Chips is not responsible for quality issues caused by heat exposure during transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package is nowhere to be found, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to help resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Brotato Chips is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll try to correct it before the order ships.
