At Brotato Chips, we stand behind every bag we make. Because our chips are a handcrafted food product, we're unable to accept returns -- but your satisfaction matters to us, and we'll always make it right.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, crushed, or something just isn't right, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund -- no hassle, no runaround. Just shoot us a message with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Wrong Item Received

We're human. If we sent you the wrong flavor or item, we'll fix it immediately at no cost to you.

Didn't Love It?

We'd genuinely love to hear your feedback. While we can't accept returns on opened food products, if you're unsatisfied for any reason, reach out and let's talk. We'll do our best to make it right.

Orders Not Received

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and find a solution.
